We are happy to offer you a place at our club.ย The Membership Dues for the 2026 season are:
- $865 – Family Membership Dues
- $575 – Individual Membership Dues (Individual Memberships are for those who live in single-person households per the Clifton Meadows’ bylaws.)
- $432.50 – Senior/Vested Membership Dues (Senior/Vested Memberships are granted to members who have maintained at least 15 consecutive years of membership AND who no longer have any dependents living in the membership household.)
New members must also pay a non-refundable initiation fee to join the club. The initiation fee may be paid in full during the first year of membership OR may be split over the first two years of membership. The initiation fees for the 2026 season are:
- $865 – Family – Full Initiation Fee
- $432.50 – Family – Half Initiation Fee (Balance due in 2027)
- $575 – Individual – Full Initiation Fee
- $287.50 – Individual – Half Initiation Fee (Balance due in 2027)
Other fees are:
- $5 – Guest Pass (Non-member guests may accompany active members of the club a total of ten (10) times per season.ย ย Members may purchase guest passes only AFTER their membership dues are paid in full.)
- $210 – Seasonal House Guest Fee (This membership allows a long-term guest in a membership household to be added to an active member’s account)
- $50 – Tennis Key (Active members may purchase a tennis key for 24/7 access to the club’s tennis courts.)
- $25 – Ladies’ Tennis Team (The club’s pro coaches female tennis players, and they play matches with other local tennis clubs.)
- $25 – Juniors’ Tennis Team (The club’s assistant pro coaches junior tennis players, and they play matches with other local tennis clubs.)
- $55 – Babysitter Fee (A Family Membership may add a caregiver to its account for the sole purpose of attending to members’ children.)
- $70 – Swim/Dive Team Fee (Children of members may participate in Private Pool Swim League (PPSL).ย This includes coached swim and dive practice and participation in swim/dive meets with other clubs in the PPSL.)
- $155 – Offseason Tennis Membership (This membership allows non-season members use of the club’s tennis court’s from mid-September until mid-May of the following year.ย If you are interested in an offseason tennis membership, please email [email protected].)
